Iconoflage artwork for an 11-foot-tall illuminated windmill for the lobby of Dutch Bros Coffee’s new headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.

The goal wasn't decoration — it was a permanent piece of Dutch Bros culture. Something employees and visitors would stop at, point to details, and feel the brand's entire story reflected back at them.

Iconoflage is the flagship technique of Eugene, Oregon-based illustrator Scott Hofford. With 15+ years building research-driven illustration for brands like Dutch Bros Coffee and Chevrolet, Scott created Iconoflage to give brands something no stock library or AI tool can offer — a visual language built entirely from their own story.
